Choosing this month’s top-performing Pargo Pickup Points was a difficult task. With over 3,000 stellar pickup points in our network, it’s becoming increasingly more challenging to single them out for their exceptional customer service — what a luxury! As much as we’d like to award everyone for their hard work, a decision had to be made.
Congratulations to Kensington Square Clicks in Durban and Freshstop at Caltex in Umlazi for being our two top-performing pickup points of April!
Both pickup points are located in the stunning province of Kwazulu Natal. Each attained a perfect customer experience rating and required zero manual scans by staff, indicating a seamless Click & Collect experience for all visiting customers.
