Pargo is a smart-logistics company founded in 2015 by international entrepreneurs, Lars Veul and Derk Hoekert, both of whom have a background in ecommerce. Attracted by the enormous potential for ecommerce growth in Africa, Pargo was founded on the mission to create access for anybody in Africa.
Online retailers were experiencing issues around parcel delivery and returns and were actively looking for alternatives. Our extensive, growing network of pickup points solves many of the challenges seen in the industry and has allowed us to expand our offering to include home delivery services and white labelled logistics management solutions.
Pargo Pickup Points function as Click & Collect delivery hubs that online shoppers can visit to collect or return their online orders when it suits them best. Thanks to our partnership with popular retailers, like Clicks and Freshstop at Caltex, and local stores, our growing network of pickup points is currently 3,000+ strong and can easily be found across the country.
Our couriers will collect returns daily from 250 return pickup points when the customer has dropped their parcel off at their chosen Pargo Pickup Point. From here, delivery back to you will take 3-5 working days. Add 2 more days for outlying areas. If the parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days of receiving the notification, please get in touch with our customer support team so that we can resolve the issue.
Customers can track their parcels by visiting our homepage at www.pargo.co.za, navigating to the top right menu bar and clicking on ‘Track’. There they must type in the tracking number provided via email and/or SMS. If no detail is available or they’re still having difficulties, please get in touch with our customer support team to assist.
