  • Which ecommerce stores can connect to Pargo?
    WooCommerce or Shopify are all integrated with myPargo via the Pargo plugins.
    How do I connect my online store?

    Follow the links on this page to download and easily install Pargo’s plugin for WooCommerce or Shopify. Setup instructions are included on download.

    The email and password used to sign up are used when configuring the plugin to connect your store to myPargo. You may also need a map token to make the pickup points visible at checkout - this is available on your myPargo portal profile page.

    Do I need an online store to use Pargo?
    No, you can create single or bulk orders manually from your myPargo portal.
    Does Pargo ship parcels nationwide?
    Yes, we collect and deliver parcels nationwide.
    I’m struggling to sign up, what should I do?
    Reach out to clientsupport@pargo.co.za and we’ll be able to assist you in completing your profile.
    How can I track my customer's parcels?
    You can search and track all your parcels in your myPargo portal using the unique tracking code. We also send your customers SMS and email notifications throughout the parcel journey with their tracking code to use on our track and trace page at https://pargo.co.za/track-trace/.
    Do you offer packaging?

    Yes! You can easily access packaging from the credits page on your myPargo portal. Pargo has a range of options, please refer to our order form for details.

    We’ll deliver your packaging to your warehouse address provided during sign-up.

    Packaging volume will be sent based on your credit balance. Delivery of packaging will take 2-5 days. The packaging is free of charge, however the delivery cost of the packaging will be deducted from your credit balance.

    You can also use your own packaging, be sure to check that your parcels are well sealed, and the Pargo delivery waybill is securely attached to your parcels.

    How do I pay for my parcel shipments?
    Get your parcels on the go by purchasing credit bundles and regularly topping up. Your parcel rates are visible on your myPargo portal. Secure payment via credit or debit card is readily available and EFT purchases are available on request.
    Can I print labels and manifests for my parcels?
    Yes, you can print labels either individually, or in bulk directly in your myPargo portal. Manifests are particularly useful to assist with courier handovers.
  • What does Pargo NOT ship?

    We do not ship perishable goods including foods, livestock or XL goods beyond 15kg. If you would like further information on rates and XL shipping, simply get in touch with our sales team.

    Your business’ parcels cannot be sent from our Pickup Points. They are collected from the warehouse collection address added to your profile.

    How do I notify the courier that my parcel is ready for collection?
    Through our easy-to-use myPargo portal you can book the collection when your order is prepared and ready to be collected.
    How long will delivery take?
    Delivery will take place within 2-5 working days from the date that our couriers receive the parcels from the sender. Allow 5-7 working days for more remote regional areas.
    What happens to uncollected parcels?
    Pargo will encourage collection via multiple collection reminders to customers. If customers have not collected their parcels after 8 days, the parcels will be returned to the sender by Pargo.
    What about unsuccessful home deliveries?
    Pargo is determined to ensure your home delivery is a home run. We prioritize first time delivery success and will continue attempting delivery up to 3 times.
    What happens to damaged/lost parcels?
    Parcel Insurance: life happens but not to worry - all prepaid parcels come with insurance cover, so you will never have to worry about being out of pocket when the odd oopsie happens.
    Which courier will collect my parcels?
    Pargo has curated a range of courier partners to ensure we can offer the best delivery performance at the best rates. Our curated partners specialise in delivering our various service offerings.
