CONGRATULATIONS TO JANUARY’S TOP PARGO POINTS
It’s one of our favourite times of the month—awarding our top two performing Pargo Points. The results are in and we’re excited to announce our winners: PostNet – Centurion Lifestyle Centre and Clicks Musgrave.
Both these Pargo Points really upped their game and helped us provide the best Click & Collect experience to consumers. Between the two of them, they achieved an outstanding customer experience rating and seamlessly scanned out parcels for a frictionless service.
They were selected based on the following criteria:
- Number of contacts per parcel
- Manual scan rate
- Customer satisfaction score
