What Can I Donate?

Any preloved clothes, shoes, retail apparel and other textiles.

What Will Happen To My Donation?

All sourced post-consumer clothing and other textile waste are processed at Clothes To Good’s recycling facility by their team, which includes people with disabilities. Items are sorted and categorised to go into one of the following streams: reuse, repair, donation, up-cycling, down-cycling and shredding.

How Do I Package A Donation?

Wrap and seal your donation in any durable packaging of your choice. Make sure to fix your waybill to the parcel should you choose the paper Returns option.

How Long Will The Return To Sender Take?

Our couriers will collect returns daily from 250 return pickup points when the customer has dropped their parcel off at their chosen Pargo Pickup Point. From here, delivery back to you will take 3-5 working days. Add 2 more days for outlying areas. If the parcel has still not arrived after 5 working days of receiving the notification, please get in touch with our customer support team so that we can resolve the issue.

Where Can Customers Track Their Returns?

Customers can track their parcels by visiting our homepage at www.pargo.co.za, navigating to the top right menu bar and clicking on ‘Track’. There they must type in the tracking number provided via email and/or SMS. If no detail is available or they’re still having difficulties, please get in touch with our customer support team to assist. Track Pargo delivery here.
