Pargo sat down to find out more about who their new powerhouses are.
Kyle Petersen: Business Development Manager
What is your most memorable career highlight?I have mainly been in the Financial Services Industry/Sales & Marketing, but I truly cemented my passion for the eCommerce space when I joined Groupon!
What are you looking forward to in your new role at Pargo?I am looking forward to growing our Pick-up Point network to such a degree that people all over the world can really see the value proposition Pargo has to offer.
Choose either a fun fact, hidden talent, or wholesome hobby to tell us about…My wholesome hobbies include playing a good board game, being nifty with numbers, practicing a few card tricks, and playing the piano – I’m very rusty. Haven’t played in years!
Bianca Uys: Senior Business Development Manager
What is your most memorable career highlight?My career highlights will always involve people, whether it be my colleagues, my clients or industry leaders. I love the people I meet daily, hearing their stories, and getting the opportunity to help them grow their business. Being a small part of their entrepreneurial success story makes me really happy.
What are you looking forward to in your new role at Pargo?I thrive in working for a start-up. I can’t wait to look back in a few years and see where we came from and what we’ve achieved together as a team. Pargo is destined for amazingness and I’m totally here for it!

Kyle Prinsloo: Content Creator
What is your most memorable career highlight?One moment forever-etched in my memory was working with the founding Editor-in-Chief of Rolling Stones South Africa, and having him relay how he admired my way of capturing the intimacy of masculinity through photography! That was definitely a pivotal moment in my journey as a visual storyteller.
What are you looking forward to in your new role at Pargo?As Pargo’s new Content Creator, I’m excited about finding ways to coalesce my critical creativity with Pargo’s purpose of creating access for everyone in Africa.
Choose either a fun fact, hidden talent, or wholesome hobby to tell us about…An interesting fact about me is that I’m an award-winning physical theatre practitioner/performer with over 12 shows under my belt – three of which were showcased at the National Arts Festival in 2015 and 2016.
