Pargo is proud to announce the Top Pick-up Points that brought their ‘A’ game this month!
Well done to Caltex in Windermere, Durban and Markham in Campus Square, Pretoria for being Pargo’s Top Pick-up Points in October!
Both Pick-up Points personified service-with-a-smile while managing to have the best parcel scan rate nationwide – making sure we get parcels to our on-the-go-getters on time!
Demonstrating a flawless customer-centric service, these two Pick-up Points were nominated for their outstanding performance and instore interactions, coupled with the following criteria:
- A perfect customer-satisfaction rating based on feedback from our surveys filled in post-service by our on-the-go-getters;
- As well as a perfect Pargo App record, which enables seamless communication with customers, and on-time delivery notifications.

Cornerstone of Convenience with Caltex
In partnership with Caltex since 2015, Pargo established their first 14 Pick-up Points with the “enjoy your journey” giants.
Caltex is a cornerstone in convenience for Pargo’s Click and Collect service. For customers who are on-the-go travelling across South Africa, Caltex offers the option of filling up while picking up your parcel.
Tremendous results with TFG
Pargo and TFG (The Foschini Group) have been working together since 2017. The famous fashion lifestyle retailer was one of the first South African retailers to offer Collect In Store through Pargo.
The partnership now boasts a world-class Click and Collect experience, offering Pargo Pick-up Points at over 500 stores, across their portfolio of 20 retail brands (including Markham, Totalsports, Sportscene, @home and Foschini – to name a few).
