These Pargo Pickup Points Stole The Show This September

With spring in full swing and peak season just around the corner, we’re practically overflowing with excitement as Pargo parcels travel across the country through our network of Pargo Pickup Points. Thanks to our partners we’re able to provide a world-class Click and Collect to everyone in South Africa. That being said, two of our pickup points stole the show this September with their stellar customer service.

Congratulations to Clicks in the Howard Centre, Pinelands and Bidvest Waltons in Klerksdorp! You are our two top-performing pickup points of September.

Both pickup points boast a perfect customer experience rating and required zero manual scans by staff during the last month, indicating a seamless Click and Collect experience for all visiting customers.

We hope you enjoy your Pargo award! We also give thanks to our Pargo ambassadors for handing over the hampers to the store managers.

SOME BACKGROUND ON OUR SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIPS

Click & Collect With Clicks & Pargo

Clicks continues to impress with their excellent customer service across South Africa. As one of our biggest pickup point partners, Clicks allows us to have a conveniently located, familiar delivery hub almost anywhere in the country. Whether you’re in Mthatha or Bloemfontein, there is a Pargo Pickup Point near you thanks to our partnership with Clicks.

Bidvest Waltons Provides Everything You Need And More

Waltons may have started as a humble stationery store back in 1949 but today it’s so much more than that. Over the years, the company has continually expanded their product offering to include everything from office furniture to tea and coffee essentials and more. By partnering with Pargo, they now even offer their customers the convenience of collecting their online shopping while they browse in-store.

To all of our pickup points, thank you for all your hard work! Keep your eyes peeled for next month’s top-performing pickup points.
