The Top Pargo Pick-up Points That Led by Example This August
At Pargo, there are a myriad of moving mechanisms that contribute to our success in being one of the leaders in Ecommerce convenience. One of those important parts are our accessible Pick-up Points placed across Africa.
Since Pargo’s establishment in 2015, our mission statement of “creating access for anyone in Africa” led us to procuring convenient Pick-up Points – much like the remarkable Body Shop in Ballito, and Van Heerden Pharmacy in Tzaneen.
To date, we’ve set up over 2500 Pick-up Points for our customers. These Pick-up Points are found in popular stores like Clicks, The Body Shop, FreshStop at Caltex, as well as hidden gems like local pharmacies, coffee shops – even farm stalls. We’ve also recently established Pick-up Points in neighbouring countries: Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, and Eswatini.
Every month Pargo nominates two Pick-up Points for their outstanding performance. Winners are further selected on the basis of instore interactions, coupled with the following criteria:
- A perfect customer-satisfaction rating based on feedback from our surveys filled post-service by our on-the-go-getters;
- As well as a perfect Pargo App record, which enables seamless communication with customers, and on-time delivery notifications.
These Pick-up Points have been gifted a prudent Pargo present from the Pargo team as a token of our gratitude.
