In 2023, Pargo will be focusing on several key areas. These include:

- Access: Customers want to receive delivery anywhere (even hard-to-reach areas).
- Price: Cost for delivery needs to decrease. Customers want to receive delivery at a price they can afford.
Creating access for anybody in Africa means understanding the customer in 2023, our economic circumstances and what motivates and drives customers.
To meet this growing demand, Pargo believes a deep understanding of the customer surfaces several factors which drive their online buying decisions.
One of these is convenience of delivery.
Customers order online expecting their order to be delivered without hassle. Unfortunately for further outlying and rural areas, this is still a challenge in 2023. Couriers either don’t operate in these further areas or can’t get access to addresses in large estates or security complexes.
This is where Pargo’s Click & Collect business model comes in. Suddenly the possibility of ordering for family online in one province and having this delivered to a convenient store near them in another province is not only possible, but a reality.
Pargo doesn’t believe that traditional delivery methods like home delivery will ever go away; it simply believes that companies need to offer customers choice.
