CONGRATULATIONS TO APRIL’S TOP PARGO PICKUP POINTS
It’s one of our favourite times of the month—awarding our top two performing pickup points. The results are in and we’re excited to announce our champions, the Lewis in Westonaria and Clicks in Delft!
Both these pickup points really upped their game and helped us provide the best Click & Collect experience to our customers. Between the two of them they achieved a perfect customer experience rating and seamlessly scanned out parcels for a frictionless service.
They were selected based on the following criteria:
- Number of contacts per parcel
- Manual scan rate
- Customer satisfaction score
We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank all the Pargo Pickup Points in our network for their exceptional performance. Together we are creating access to online shopping for anybody in Africa.
